Sales Admin – HR

Role & Responsibility:

  • Receive information and coordinate closely with the sales department and other departments to handle business activities.
  • Make domestic and foreign purchases
  • Monitor and prepare purchase and sales contracts
  • Make deliveries and issue invoices to customers
  • Make sales reports
  • Make payment requests to suppliers, electricity and water expenses, and advances within the Company
  • Carry out transactions with banks
  • Register workers to participate in social insurance, adjust the increase or decrease of social insurance
  • Making probationary contracts, labor contracts, receiving and managing employee records
  • Supervise, disseminate internal regulations, and train new employees
  • Make monthly payroll for employees
  • Monitor recruitment plans and interview employees
  • Buy and request payment for VPP, tools and equipment to serve daily work
  • Administrative work arising during work (repair, maintenance of machinery and equipment, office rental,…)
  • Arrange, save and preserve relevant documents, records and books.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirement:

  • Use English to communicate
  • Graduated with majors in Accounting, economics, finance, law…..
  • Have at least 1 year of experience
  • Teamwork skills
  • Compliant, dynamic, creative, honest, willing to learn and responsible
