3. Job Title: General Manager : 01

Job Description Requirements

- Manage the business in all aspects ( operation, finance, HR, Marketing, Sales).

- Lead and drive the further expansion of company.

- Close cooperation with Dassault Systemese and relevant group.

- Manage and cooperate between Sale Dept. and Technical Dept.

- Lead the existing company base, drive sales and further development for expansion with a strong technical focus, develop company in Vietnam.

- Budget and monitor internal sales systems and the necessary corrective actions.

- +3 years experiences as Manager. Technical knowledge in SOLIDWORKS is advantageous.

- Fluently in English ( Chinese, Japanese is advantageous).

- Very good communication skills and Negotiation Skills.

- Leader, networker, willing to learn.

- Highly performance & achievement driven

- Ability to articulate corporate messaging through presentation, demonstration and open discussion with customers.

4. Job Title: Sale Manager: 01

Job Description Requirements

- Build effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts selling at all levels within the organization.

- Open opportunities and manage them via all systems.

- Motivate Sales team with positive working environment and drive team to ensure the company vision.

- Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

- Supervise and monitor the project implementation until final acceptance has been issued.

- Negotiate on Commercial and Legal terms in order to achieve final contract. 

- Participate and update on the Sales weekly meeting, monthly meeting with Singapore team and Submit the daily, monthly Report.

- +3 years experiences as Sales, Manager, Teamleader. Technical knowledge in SOLIDWORKS is advantageous.

- Fluently in English ( Chinese, Japanese is advantageous) with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

- Very good communication skills and Negotiation Skills.

- Leader, networker, willingness to learn.

- Highly performance & achievement driven.

- Professional motivate and has the ability to function well in a distributed field sales organization.

- Ability to articulate corporate messaing through presentation, demonstration and open discussion with customers.

5. Job Title: Sale Executive: 03

Job Description Requirements

- Present the company's services professionally via conference call or face-to-face meeting.

- Identify new business opportunities. 

- Build relationship with potential customers.

- Manage client expectations, solve customer's objections.

- Research market trends and customer's information.

- Negotiate the terms of contract ( including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and closing sales.

- Manage customer data on system.

- +1 years experiences as Sales. Technical knowledge in SOLIDWORKS is advantageous.

-  Communicate in English well.

-  Hard working and self-accountable.

-  Experience in customer service and experience in working international environments.

6. Job Title: Technician: 20

Job Description Requirements

- Interact with customers over the phone, email. 

- Meet customers to support, training, provide solutions, process information and solve inquiries, product and service requirements.

- Introduce, guide SOLIDWORKS to customers.

- Install, activate, upgrade software SOLIDWORKS.

- Update software and give information to customers.

- Coordinate with Marketing about training activities for events.

- Designer

- Degree in Engineer

- 1+ year experience

- Fluently in SOLIDWORKS ( CSWP)


7. Job Title: Marketing: 01

Job Description Requirements

- Good use of Digital Marketing: SEO, Website, Facebook, Linkedin and social media channels.

- Maintain Website and looking at data analytic, running campaign, email Marketing on social media.

- Coordinate and work with sales team, submit report to Singapore Marketing team.

- Conduct research and analyze data to identify audiences.

- Organize events and product exhibitions.

- Write and translate about the products, events, campaign.

- Graduating Media, Marketing, PR is advantageous.

- Fluently in English.

- Prior experience in CAD, CAM, SOLIDWORKS

- Experienced in managing social media channels.

- Be a dynamic user on Facebook & Forum

- Good writing skills
